TOPIC: The Terrible Price of a Good Life

A businesswomen’s guide to creating balance, energy and growth in your business and your life.

So many of us are dissatisfied with our lives – we may be feeling a lack of direction or challenge, or we feel like we are on a treadmill going nowhere, with a sense of anxiety and dis-ease about the future.

We may have it all and STILL not have found that tricky ingredient which inspires and fulfils us OR we may be living from day to day just trying to survive. We might be going through the motions of being a good mom, a good businesswoman, wife, daughter – and be asking ourselves what the point of it all is. Many of us believe there must be MORE to life. Or that we could be more, have more, do more.

In this session Mel Harvard will expose what REALLY sits behind this global epidemic of dissatisfaction. We will look at comfort zones in our business or personal lives – if we are in one and if so, what to do about it.

How to transform change and breakdowns into BREAKTHROUGHS in our personal and business lives. How to be ready for change and how to create and manage positive change. As part of this we will touch on anxiety and depression, the language we use to create our personal heaven or hell and some very useful tips on how to start creating the shift we want in our lives – in a direction of OUR choosing.

How many of us have a clear picture of where we want to be in a year’s time – or five – or 20 . . . a picture that we are HAPPY with?

If any of these statements resonate with you then come and be a part of this key discussion – learn how to get your MOJO back – how to create a sense of fulfilment and purpose – and the life you would like.

ABOUT OUR GUEST SPEAKER:
Melanie Harvard is a businesswoman and professional life coach. Coming from a journalistic background – working for Your Family and Living & Loving as writer and editor – she then moved into the realm of people development. This has always been her passion and her degrees in Psych and industrial psych have helped her on this path.

She has been active in the education and training field for over 20 years – uplifting learners who have never achieved matric to gain a matric equivalent, as well as fast-tracking learners to become qualified whilst at work through learnerships and skills programmes. She is a director of NQ Plus Networks and Compliance Manager for Dyna Training internationally.

She is the author of Men – the Durty Truth – a comedic look at relationships. She is also the single mom of 2 amazing young men who are themselves doing great things. In her spare time she does barter deal and pro bono life coaching as her social give-back, paints in oils, plays the harp and occasionally grumbles at her cats. www.dyna-training.co.za
