Coastal Networking Event: 13 March

13 March 2018 XWCN

THIS IS A MIXED NETWORK - ALL WELCOME!

TOPIC: Are you Living, Loving and Leading from a Place of Authenticity?

Social norms say you need a job, a healthy relationship, success, money, and happiness. But what are these ‘norms’ other than very constricting rules of thought? After all, what is normal for the spider is chaos for the fly. Why are we biding our time on earth playing it out by standards that directly aren’t our own? Social norms dictate to us too much of what we should be doing. Freedom doesn’t come from checking off a list of things you should and shouldn’t do. Freedom comes from thought, and thought is a byproduct of awareness.

Isn’t it time to choose you? Write your own rules or norms, better yet, rip up the rules and live from a place of individual freedom and authenticity. Be a beacon of light for the rest of the world. Be what everyone seeks, but so few obtain, break free from the collective and be a catalyst for change. Break free from who you think you should be and show up being who you are.

How does one get there? A journey of truly getting to know yourself. Loving yourself, stepping out of your biases that are patterns of self-sabotage, being vulnerable, taking off the masks and living from a place of autonomy where you set the standard and the principles by which you live your life.

Our time together will leave you with an understanding of the journey Sharon personally went on to find freedom. She has since become a transformational coach taking individuals, teams and couples through this process of finding themselves.

You will leave knowing:
• Your mask
• Your areas of trigger
• Tools to manage the re-wiring process
• and much more.

The intent of Sharon’s work is to inspire individuals to living a life of Authenticity bringing freedom and peace to your inner and outer world. It is our gift to the world to know ourselves and show up living, leading and loving from this space.

Pontsho ManziPontsho Manzi - CEO: Fabulous Woman

Pontsho is is the founding editor and publisher of Fabulous Woman magazine and author of arguably the first South African black female created and owned annual inspirational diary for women called Diary for Fabulous You. Pontsho is passionate about women empowerment, youth development and leadership and strated non-profit initiatives like Fabulous Girls Foundation and FabWoman Awards. “I realised that no awards exist that recognise the ethical values embodied in my campaign for women upliftment and empowerment, and women unity,” she explains and so she launched the Fabulous Woman Awards in 2013 to recognise and celebrate the foundational principles of ethical womanhood.

These were the first awards in South Africa to recognise both girls and women in an effort to engender the spirit of sisterhood and cross generational bonding for all women of South Africa.
