Coastal Networking Event: 08 May

08 May 2018 XWCN

THIS IS A MIXED NETWORK - ALL WELCOME!

TOPIC: Using the mesmeric art of story-telling to increase your sales

How many talks do you attend where you leave feeling on fire – inspired, lit up and ready to take on the world?

If you are anything like me, not that many. Why? Because most talks don’t include stories. Stories are one of the most powerful tools we have, in business, relationships, sales, leadership and influencing others. Stories go to our hearts. Facts go to our heads.

This talk on story-telling will fire you and your brain up to limitless possibilities that will enable you to sell and influence like never before. Stand by!

ABOUT OUR GUEST SPEAKER:

Eva Arissani XWOM croppedEva Arissani - Director: Transcentral (Pty)Ltd

Originally from Libreville (Gabon), I had the fantastic opportunity to reside in many countries and got to experience different cultures. I did part of my basic education in France. At the age of 11, I flew back to Gabon where I started high school. When I got my High school diploma (Baccalauréat de l’enseignement général), I took off for South Africa where I undertook university studies. I was blessed to work as a Tutor for the Department of Modern European Languages -University of Pretoria, and thereafter as a French Assistant Lecturer.

I fell in love with FLE (teaching French as a Foreign Language) and that naturally led me to teaching French as a foreign language and later on to translating and voice over. My objectives are to broaden my horizons as a linguist, transcend physical barriers and work as a translator, French voice over artist, inspirational/ motivational keynote speaker, facilitator, FLE Expert and expand as a leadership coach, a mentor and women’s and girl’s empowerment champion and as a young girl’s advocate.
