Southern Suburbs Networking Event: 15 May

15 May 2018 XWSS

THIS IS A MIXED NETWORK - ALL WELCOME!

TOPIC: Do You Lead Like a 4-Year-Old Girl?

You may think, well yes, I do throw the necessary tantrum now and then, I stomp my feet (in private) when I’m upset and I drive the people around me nuts!

That’s not quite the answer we’re aiming for…
With the ultimate qualities of a 4-year-old girl, you’re the type of leader whose business will thrive beyond 2030.

But what are these winning qualities and why aren’t we honing it?
What do most leaders trade-off for a façade of knowing confidence, a voice of authority and a barrier of logic and reason?

Whether you wear big girl panties or are the kind of big boy who never cries, you’ll need to score three Cs to lead like a 4-year-old girl. But it may just be the access to growth, innovation and high performance that your company needs.

ABOUT OUR GUEST SPEAKER:
Hani du Toit, Founder of the Leadership Factory. Throughout her schooling, despite being an enthusiastic learner, her reports were filled with the consistent complaint that “Hani du Toit talks too much in class”.

She has turned that love of great conversation into a thriving business as a Communication Coach and founder of The Leadership Factory.

Hani holds qualifications from UCT, UWC, University of Stellenbosch, Cambridge University as well as World’s Best Executive Coaches. She is a Certified Conversational Intelligence Coach, an executive member of Professional Speakers’ Association Western Cape, a Toastmaster and author of a children’s book on inclusivity. She is also a volunteer lecturer in Leadership and Self Development at TSiBA Education – South Africa’s only crowd funded university.

Hani hosts her own talk show #NEXTLEVELYOU through online radio, engaging other coaching experts in conversations for personal, professional and community transformation.

As a speaker, Hani shares stories of extraordinary transformation through ordinary action, self-awareness and self-leadership. As The Listening Coach, she helps organisational leaders listen for the answers around them and co-create cultures of connection, shifting the language and practices that breed under-performance, low morale and negativity. www.communicationcoaching.co.za
