Twitter Chat: Making Workplace Well-Being Your Business

27 March 2019 Twitter Chat

TOPIC: Making Workplace Well-Being Your Business

As entrepreneurs we have to recognise that our well-being is our own business and that we have to invest in the one resource we cannot replace – US, particularly if, we run a one-person show.

We have to be committed to our own and our employees’ well-being as much as we are to the financial and operational aspects of our companies. The fitter we are physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually, the more efficiently we manage stress. The better we manage stress the easier it is to cope with the ups and downs of running a business and the more job-satisfaction we experience.

Gift yourself 1 hour to join us on a Twitter chat and learn more about the Wellness in the Workplace.

We will be discussing the following:
Q1: What is the difference between workplace wellness and workplace well-being?
Q2: Should a small business implement a formal well-being programme?
Q3: How do we improve our well-being without adding another task our to-do list?
Q4: Can you suggest some practical steps to help business owners introduce self-care in the workplace?
Q5: What prevents us from reaching our wellness goals?
