How Membership Works

Events

• We offer discounted rates on all Events. Members will receive discounted rates on the Women in Business Networking Breakfast and The Success in High Heels Cocktail Evening events.
• VIP Invitations to selected events. Due to the popularity of the cocktail evenings, we will send our members a special VIP invitation, before the invitation goes out to the public, ensuring that you get the opportunity to secure your seat first. Members get preferential treatment!
• Women in Business Information and Networking Sessions. These sessions are focused on Business Related Topics, designed to provide you with bite-sized information that you can immediately implement in your business, as well as an opportunity to network with other women in business. Our Guest Speakers are hand-picked to focus on business topics relevant to today’s marketplace. Regular attendance and participation aids in building lasting business relationships that ensures business success.
• Marketing Table: A Marketing Table is provided for Members, that wish to showcase their products at the Women in Business Networking Breakfast (including displaying your banner)
• Discounted rates for Workshops. Members will receive discounted rates on Workshops offered by Xtraordinary Women and their Partners.
• Xtraordinary Women’s Business Conference. Members will receive VIP invitations, preferential exhibitor rates and VIP access to Conference Speakers.
• Sponsorship Opportunities: Members will be provided with an opportunity to sponsor items for our various events, thereby increasing the visibility of their business, as sponsors get additional exposure before, during and after the events. As Sponsor or Partner you will increase the visibility, credibility, and the public image of your business, while contributing to the impact Xtraordinary Women has on the business community in the area.
• Bring a Guest at Discounted Rate: Members can bring one new Guest per quarter at a discounted rate to any event.
• Exposure: New Members are personally welcomed and all Members are able to submit one announcement of their choice at WIB Networking Breakfast by Event Facilitator.

Newsletter

• Inclusion of your promotions / services in our monthly electronic newsletter. Our monthly newsletters will provide you with an opportunity to advertise your promotions/services under the “Members Area” of the Newsletter.
• Inclusion of your upcoming events/workshops in our monthly electronic newsletter. Our monthly newsletters will provide you with an opportunity to advertise your events under the “Upcoming Events’ area of the Newsletter.
• Opportunity to write an column: An opportunity to write a small column once per annum in monthly newsletter

Website

• As a new member, your business profile will be showcased on the front page of our website, under Featured Member of the Week. This will provide your business with added exposure
• Members are able to advertise under the Business Opportunities Section of the website. This section is available to members who have a Business Opportunity to offer or if you have any available position within their business
• Your Own Business Profile listed under the “Directory of Members”. The on-line directory is a wonderful resource for marketing. Increase the visibility of your business by listing your business under the Directory of Members. Your business logo & description, profile picture and a valuable back link to your website, will increase your SEO Ranking. Both members and visitors have access to your business information. You can refer clients to your Xtraordinary Women on-line profile to find your contact information.

Social Media

Xtraordinary Women is very active on all the major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn). When you become a member, we shamelessly promote you on the relevant platforms. We will connect with you there.

• When you book for a WIB Networking event, we will post a link of your facebook/website on our facebook page and we also tweet about your product/services. We do this to ensure free exposure to our online audience

Coaching

Xtraordinary Women has chosen two Premier Coaches to assist you along your personal and/or business journey. We underwrite the fee for the two sessions. These two sessions alone are worth your membership!

• One hour FREE Life Coaching Session: Members will receive a one hour free Coaching Session and Life Wheel per annum by Premier Coach, Carol Gerber from Gerbera Life Coaching
• One hour FREE Business Coaching Session: Members will receive a one hour free Business Coaching Session from Award Winning Financial Educator, Writer and Social Entrepreneur, Lelemba Phiri, aka The Financial D.I.V.A
