What are the fees for XtraOrdinary Women's membership?

The annual fee is R1 400 or R110 per month via stop order. You can set up a stop order yourself via your online banking.  Our bank details are as follows:

Am I tied to a contract when I sign up for membership?

No Contract – no strings attached! The agreement is a month by month agreement. You simply need to give 30-Days written notice and you can cancel your monthly debit order - it's that easy! However, you cannot be selective of the months that you want to be a member. Should you wish to cancel your membership and rejoin at a later stage, a rejoining fee will be charged. However, once your membership has been cancelled, please note that your listing will be removed from the Members Directory, as well as any special offers that might be listed. All Membership Benefits will no longer be applicable. We are unable to process any refunds for annual fees paid in advance.

How is my monthly membership payment processed?

Each month you pay the monthly fee that you signed up for via a debit order you set up with your bank - unless we advise otherwise.  We will investigate making this payment process easier by providing an online payment system.

What if I want to cancel my membership?

No problem. You can either call us at the office on Tel: 087 808 6014 or send an e-mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it requesting us to cancel your Membership. We will then contact you to confirm your cancellation. As easy as that!

How do Apply for Membership?

STEP 1: Click on the REGISTER AS A MEMBER button & fill in all your details

STEP 2: LOGIN AS A MEMBER using your Username and Password

STEP 3: Click on ADD YOUR DIRECTORY ENTRY to enter all your details into the Directory of Members

STEP 4: Follow the prompts and enter your personal and business details (for the members directory) and agree to the terms & conditions.

STEP 5: You are welcome to add your listing to 5 different categories.

STEP 6: Make a payment for your membership fee and email us the proof of payment. 

STEP 7: When we have received payment confirmation, we will approve your entry in the Members Directory and your Membership Welcome Pack will be emailed to you together with further instructions on how to enjoy all the Membership Benefits Xtraordinary Women has to offer.
