No Contract – no strings attached! The agreement is a month by month agreement. You simply need to give 30-Days written notice and you can cancel your monthly debit order - it's that easy! However, you cannot be selective of the months that you want to be a member. Should you wish to cancel your membership and rejoin at a later stage, a rejoining fee will be charged. However, once your membership has been cancelled, please note that your listing will be removed from the Members Directory, as well as any special offers that might be listed. All Membership Benefits will no longer be applicable. We are unable to process any refunds for annual fees paid in advance.
Each month you pay the monthly fee that you signed up for via a debit order you set up with your bank - unless we advise otherwise. We will investigate making this payment process easier by providing an online payment system.

STEP 6: Make a payment for your membership fee and email us the proof of payment.
STEP 7: When we have received payment confirmation, we will approve your entry in the Members Directory and your Membership Welcome Pack will be emailed to you together with further instructions on how to enjoy all the Membership Benefits Xtraordinary Women has to offer.
