Anti-Aging Exercises is a fitness programme for body and brain designed to accommodate all ages and physical levels.

The Anti-Aging Exercises fitness programme is simple and playful, based on the science of neuroplasticity that uses all five areas of the brain and addresses all 21 aging factors of the Body. Music is an integral part of this programme as it stimulates the body and brain. This programme is specifically practiced using a chair to work the entire core of the body in a way that cannot be done standing. The easy to do exercise program is suitable and beneficial for all ages: developmental for children, preventative and restorative for ALL AGES, both Males & Females!

The use of natural and organic movements focus on the healthy longevity of the body and mind and promote the three Rs of lifelong comfort and ease: the ability to respond, react and recover. There are various programmes and classes that focus specifically on various parts of the human psyche and body and when done correctly is highly beneficial for the individual.

I teach an exercise programme called Ageless Grace®. Anti-Aging exercises for Body & Brain.

The programme is designed on the cutting edge science of Neuroplasticity – which means the Brain and Central Nervous system has the ability to change form and function. The exercises we teach is about movement and engaging cognitively simultaneously and by doing so, you are opening up neural pathways in the brain and creating new neural pathways in the brain.

Ageless Grace Tools/exercises are unique and transformational. We teach 21 tools or exercises which addresses all of the 21 ageing factors in the body and brain. e.g. Joint mobility, spinal flexibility, right-left brain coordination, cognitive function, systemic stimulation, balance, confidence and playfulness. The tools engage the five areas of the brain for cognitive support, including strategic, analytical, memory/recall, creativity/imagination and kinesthetic learning.

All 21 Tools are beneficial for the Neurological Development of Children from Age 5+.

The exercise skills taught refine: bilateral integration skills, eye-hand coordination and sensory processing skills.
